- Winter Season: 16 January to 15
February, Special rates apply, 2 week minimum.
- Spring Season: 16 February to 1 June,
$95.00 per night or $500 per week.
- Summer Season: 1 June to 31 August,
$80.00 per night or $425 per week.
- Minimum required stay is two nights.
- Other rates may be negotiable, so please inquire.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your stay, fully
refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. After
that date, it is non-refundable unless we book the unit for a
comparable period and will be pro-rated against the rental.
